Any time after 7:30am - I'm flexible, and can cater to the timing of my guests, within reason!

If you have any dietary requirements, you can let me know in the "Special Requests" note box at check-out. That way, I can make sure we have appropriate options available when you stay. If you have not done this using the Special Requests note box, please email me at greyhousebnb@gmail.com to let me know as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate last minute requests

e-transfer is the only payment I accept Payment for the full amount of your booking is due after you book. Information will be provided in your booking confirmation email. We will follow up with you if we do not receive your payment within 12 hours after your booking, and reserve the right to cancel your booking if it is not received. We will notify you via email before this happens.

This is an adult-only accommodation - Unfortunately we do not have the facilities to accommodate children at this time

Unfortunately we do not allow guests to bring their pets to Grey House.

Guests will receive a 100% refund for cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in date

Guests will receive a 50% refund for cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in date

No refund will be provided for cancellations made 1 week (7 days) or less before check-in date. Extras purchased cannot be refunded once any necessary provisions have been purchased by your host (groceries ordered etc). Our COVID19 policies are in place to keep you and your host safe and healthy. We do ask that you are vaccinated to come and stay with us - no proof will be required, but it is a courtesy to your host.

At this time we will offer accommodation to international visitors if they are vaccinated. We have put the following in place to ensure your safety: - Increased cleaning in the common areas, focusing on high-touch areas - Masks can be worn inside if you would like

- Hand sanitiser available in common areas

- Rooms will be aired out and thoroughly cleaned in between our guest stays

We ask that you consider the safety of those around you while you are here, so we can keep each other safe and doing well!

Grey House is a smoke-free home

Each room costs $208 per night plus HST

The $208 includes a 4% Municipal Accommodation Tax (MAT) that Prince Edward County collects from all accommodation providers. HST is added on top of this amount
